Scholar Cookbook

Our scholars come from many different cultural, ethnic backgrounds, and countries of origin. Some have emigrated from as far as Eritrea, China, and Pakistan, others have grown up here in the East Bay. Their families, experiences, and backgrounds helped shape the wonderful students and caring people that they have become. This cookbook, its stories, and recipes, reflect the rich and diverse heritage of the BCF scholar community.
