I don’t know exactly how I’m going to reach my goals or where I will end up in the future, but I know college will guide me to a brighter future; a future where I can have a career and be successful. Seeing the negative path that others have followed has convinced me not to follow in their steps. I want to make something of myself, on the path of academic achievement and success. I look forward to achieving all my goals and dreams one day. My family, peers and community have all shaped the person I am today; a motivated, determined, bright teenager. They have all taught me a valuable lesson; knowledge and education is truly the key to success. They have showed me that I can become someone great if I pursue a higher education. That’s the person I want to be.

“Jenny is a leader to people around her. She is constantly pushing her peers and community to be the best they can be and she is one of the very few students who has essentially never had a period where she fell off. She’ll keep working hard in college, of that I have no doubt.”
